Cassidy’s Beauty Academy & Wholesale - Terms & Conditions Cassidy’s Beauty Academy & Wholesale provides accredited beauty training courses, beauty treatments, and wholesale beauty products. By booking, purchasing, or attending any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. * Full payment or a deposit is required to secure any booking. Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a legally binding agreement between the client and Cassidy’s Beauty Academy & Wholesale, regardless of whether a physical contract is signed. * All course fees are non-refundable except where required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once a course has been attended, or materials or kits have been provided, the service is considered to have commenced and been partially fulfilled. * Students are required to attend all scheduled training sessions. If a student cannot attend due to illness or personal circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Cassidy’s Beauty Academy & Wholesale. Missed sessions may be subject to additional fees. * Certificates are not guaranteed. Certification is only awarded once the student has met all required assessment criteria and demonstrated competency to the required industry standard. Cassidy’s Beauty Academy & Wholesale reserves the right to withhold certification until all criteria are met. * Students must complete and submit case studies where required. All work must be the student’s own. Any fraudulent, copied, or misleading submissions, including the use of images taken from online sources, will result in immediate rejection and may lead to removal from the course without refund. * Students are responsible for their own progression and are expected to practice between sessions, engage with course content, and follow all feedback and guidance provided. Failure to practice, submit work, or engage with the course does not constitute a failure of service and does not entitle the student to a refund. * Additional support, including extra sessions, online guidance, or feedback, may be offered at the discretion of Cassidy’s Beauty Academy & Wholesale. Refusal or failure to attend or engage with additional support does not affect certification requirements and does not entitle the student to a refund. * All kits, tools, and products supplied as part of a course are non-refundable once received. Ownership transfers to the student upon collection or delivery. * No refunds will be issued for change of mind, failure to complete the course, failure to meet required standards, lack of practice or engagement, or personal circumstances affecting attendance or continuation. Refunds will only be considered where it can be clearly demonstrated that services were not delivered with reasonable care and skill. * All salon services are provided to a professional standard. Patch testing is required where applicable. Results may vary between individuals, and no refunds will be given for completed treatments, although reasonable efforts will be made to resolve concerns where appropriate. * Wholesale purchases are non-refundable unless goods are faulty. Any faults must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. No refunds will be issued for opened or used products unless faulty. * Cassidy’s Beauty Academy & Wholesale operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove any client or student, and terminate services without refund where behaviour is deemed unacceptable. * Clients and students must not make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Cassidy’s Beauty Academy & Wholesale. Any such behaviour may result in legal action. * Cassidy’s Beauty Academy & Wholesale accepts no liability for lack of student progression, failure to achieve certification, or inability to generate income following training. Training provides knowledge and guidance but does not guarantee results. * By booking or purchasing any service or product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
